UW-MADISON FURNITURE CONTRACTS

The UW Madison MISCELLANEOUS EDUCATION-RELATED FURNITURE & FURNITURE-RELATED ACCESSORIES contract (07-5665) is designed to offer users a variety of manufacturers and distributors from which they can purchase furniture and furniture related accessories.

Users of the contract should note that some of the items available from the identified vendors are also available under the mandatory State of Wisconsin-Department of Administration (DOA) furniture contract (15-42500-601).

Customers may also use contract (07-5307) - KRUEGER INTERNATIONAL (KI) FURNITURE in those instances where the customer needs to purchase KI furniture to match or replace existing KI furniture. For 07-5307, customers should note limitations and requirements of that contract in the "SCOPE" of the Contract listing.

There is an Office Chair Showroom located in the Safety Department offices at 30 N. Murray St. Hours for viewing chairs are Mondays from 1pm-3pm, Wednesdays from 9am-11am and by appointment. Questions regarding the Office Furniture Showroom can be answered by Michelle Discher at 890-0320.
