The UW Madison MISCELLANEOUS EDUCATION-RELATED FURNITURE & FURNITURE-RELATED ACCESSORIES contract (10-5665) is designed to offer users a variety of manufacturers and distributors from which they can purchase furniture and furniture related accessories.
Users of the contract should note that some of the items available from the identified vendors are also available under the mandatory State of Wisconsin-Department of Administration (DOA) furniture contracts.
There is an Office Chair Showroom located in the Safety Department offices at 30 East Campus Mall, Madison, WI 53715-2609. Hours for viewing chairs are Mondays from 1:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m., Wednesdays from 9am-11am and by appointment. The University is committed to purchasing environmentally friendly products or produced in an environmentally friendly process. Customers may also use contract (10-5177) to purchase recycled furniture.
