UW-MADISON FURNITURE CONTRACTS

The UW Madison MISCELLANEOUS EDUCATION-RELATED FURNITURE & FURNITURE-RELATED ACCESSORIES contract (10-5665) is designed to offer users a variety of manufacturers and distributors from which they can purchase furniture and furniture related accessories.

Users of the contract should note that some of the items available from the identified vendors are also available under the mandatory State of Wisconsin-Department of Administration (DOA) furniture contracts: (15-42500-601 ) Office Furniture; (15-42517-670) Computer Furniture/Accessories; (15-42521-670) Custom-made Desks, Credenzas, and Matching Bookshelves (Metal and Wood); (15-42556-670) Freestanding Panels (aka Acoustical Screens); and (15-42594-900) Statewide Open Plan Systems and Private Office Furniture.

There is a Chair Showroom located in the Environment, Health and Safety Department office at 30 East Campus Mall, Room #290, Madison, WI 53715-1227. The University is committed to purchasing environmentally friendly products or produced in an environmentally friendly process. Customers may also use contract (10-5177) to purchase recycled furniture.
