Shipping Schedule: Standing Order on or before the 15th of January, March, May, July, September and November: Standing Order on or before the 15th of February, April, June, August, October and December: SPECIFICATIONSGENERAL 1. Reagents and supplies must be compatible with using Iso Electric Focusing Technology. 2. Reagents and supplies must be compatible with existing laboratory equipment (LKB Multiphor II Horizontal Electrophoresis Unit and related accessories). 3. Methodology must be applicable to dried blood on Whatman #903 filter paper. 4. Methodology must be able to clearly distinguish the following Hemoglobin fractions: 5. All reagents must have all necessary State of Wisconsin and Federal approved (i.e. FDA). 6. Reagent Methodology must use precast Agarose Gel. 7. Gel size must be able to accommodate at least 76 samples/run. 8. Reagent kits must include all reagents and consumables needed to perform assays including the following: Agarose Gels, Anode Solutions, Cathode Solutions, Precut IEF Electrode Wicks, Hb Elution Solution, Blotting Paper, Gel Stain Concentrate, Stain Buffer and Hydrogen Peroxide. 9. Marker controls must be AFSC. |
