SCOPE: This contract is being established to provide sources for use by the University for the purchase of floor and carpet care machines and repair services for the equipment already owned by the University. For equipment purchases, the specific manufacturers included have been established through extensive testing and use by University staff and have been “standardized” for use on the campus. The University has these manufacturers’ machines, replacement parts, and cleaning products in place in University inventories and in use across the campus applications. The specific manufacturers include Advance, Clarke, Nobles, Taski, Tennant, Triples, Pro Team, IPC Eagle, Host, Kiavac, Tomcat, Hoover Commercial, Karcher Group (Windsor), and Viper. The University also has staff trained in the use and repair of the manufacturer products identified. | |
