SPECIFICATIONS

 

In-House Video System Specifications

1.

Proposers end user software must have a solution for continuous live monitoring through TCP/IP client access.

2.

Proposer solution must provide time stamping in a format consistent within all system components.

3.

Prior to the electronic transfer of digital assets, metadata shall be attached.

4.

The proposed solution shall provide a mechanism to capture the time and date of the recording.  The time and date shall become part of the metadata.

5.

The proposed DVR solution must store video/audio data for a minimum of 180 days.

6.

The system must include an onsite three year warranty.
