ONGOING ORDER SPECIFICATIONS

1.        The SNP assays use different loci.

2.        The DNA to be analyzed will be human or animal, depending on the project.

3.        The DNA samples to be submitted will normally be Purified DNA or tissue samples. The tissue samples will be extracted by the University. The size of the DNA  sample may be variable depending on the source.  State the sizes of DNA samples necessary for processing.

4.        For projects not using pre-designed microarrays, include assay design and a possible re-design, plus   setup in your costs. SNP design will be performed prior to analysis of samples.

5.        Analyze the raw quantitative data generated and score genotypes. Provide an electronic file to principal investigator.
