| SCOPE: The Wisconsin Union currently licenses the exclusive right to manufacture and purchase outdoor metal furniture that is used on the terraces for the Memorial Union and other Union locations. The Union also coordinates the purchase and sale of similar furniture in alternate colors to alumni and other customers who desire that furniture. The Union sells a third set of items in its retail outlets which are miniature versions of the terrace chairs. All of these items are currently purchased from vendors/Contractors under this contract.
Contractor must coordinate all sales of terrace chairs and tables to the public or non-Union customers with the authorized Union representative or their designee. No furniture may be sold to any entity except the Wisconsin Union without the express written permission of the Wisconsin Union. |
