Payroll Translation Table Screen

Main Menu Screen

Once successfully connected to the system, the user will have three choices on the main menu – to go to the Payroll Translation Table Screen , UDDS Look-up Screen or the Fiscal Year Change Screen. Once in the Payroll Translation Table Screen, the user can then go to the Payroll Translation Table to do editing, adding or deleting of records. This is how the Main Menu Screen will appear after entering user logon-id and password:

The first screen after the main menu is the Payroll Translation Table Screen. The user would click on the first item in the list, Payroll Translation Table Screen, to access this. The screen looks like this:

Tips
To exit any transaction without saving the changes or additions, click the "X" at the right top of the screen or double-click on the icon at the left top portion of the screen.
To move to the next field within the record, use the Tab key.
To print a screen, push the Print Screen button, open a Word document and paste. Then, print the Word document.
To request an action, such as Cancel, Clear, Finish, Return, OK or Exit, click the action button with the mouse.
Users receive a confirming message when a transaction is complete, such as "Record Added."
