UW Employee Annual Benefit Enrollment Opportunities

Enrollment Options with changes effective January 1, 2010
This year there are new enrollment options for UW employees to consider, as well as significant benefit plan changes. Before making any benefit plan changes, you should review the current benefit deductions on your earnings statements. The deductions reflect the benefit plans in which you are currently enrolled.

    Enrollment continues for employees with adult children
    Enrollment Period: Starts October 5, 2009. See the deadline on the instruction page.
    Currently-insured UW employees have the opportunity to:
    Add Eligible Adult Children under Age 27

    Vision Service Plan (VSP) Vision Care is replacing the OptumHealth Vision plan. The OptumHealth Vision plan will end December 31, 2009.
