Disposal of Surplus University Property

SWAP Sales Policy
Supplies and equipment for sale by SWAP are sold as is, without
warranty, payment on delivery, FOB our warehouse at 2102 Wright
Street, Madison, Wisconsin. All sales of supplies and equipment
are final. Campus departments and local State agencies may arrange
for delivery of large equipment or purchases for a fee by requesting
delivery at time of purchase.
Personal computers are sold without installed operating systems
or applications software due to software license restrictions. All
personal computers offered for sale are tested and the functionality
has been checked prior to being sold. All computers, monitors, printers
and related equipment are sold as is NO warranty, NO guarantee,
NO returns and No exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Customer purchases that are not removed from SWAP at the time of
purchase, must be removed no later than 3:30pm of the following
Tuesday. Items that are not picked up by 3:30pm, Tuesday, will be
resold. Items left for later pick-up, must have a sold tag attached.
SWAP will not be responsible for items left with-out a sold tag!
No refunds or credits will be given for items that were not picked
up.
