Remanufactured Toner: Significantly lower prices
EIS Office Solutions is a new source for remanufactured toner. UW-Madison has identified the purchase of remanufactured toner in place of new toner as an area to achieve significant cost savings for all Shop@UW customers. In addition to significant savings, the use of remanufactured toner instead of new toner is considered a more sustainable practice. Empty cartridges are recovered, disassembled, cleaned, reassembled, refilled, tested and resold.

Starting with your next toner order, please consider placing your orders for ink and toner with EIS through Shop@UW using your MD account. Use of remanufactured toner WILL NOT void the manufacturer's warranty on a printer. If you have any problems, EIS is required by contract to replace defective cartridges at no charge, and they have sub-contracted with a local vendor to provide printer maintenance services including the repair of printers using their toner products.
