Merchandise Return Policy Dated: 10/9/07

POLICY:

Merchandise may be returned to MDS without restocking charges, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition.

2. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany any returned merchandise.

3. Merchandise returned by Madison area customers (MDS Delivery) must be received by MDS within 30 days of the original shipping date.

4. Merchandise returned by out of the Madison area customers (common carrier or UPS Delivery) must be received by MDS within 45 days of the original shipping date.

PROCEDURE:

Include customer contact name, phone number and the reason for the return on the copy of the packing slip. Returned merchandise will be credited to the customer account within 15 days of receipt by MDS. A restocking charge of 10% of the value of the merchandise will be charged for any merchandise returned without a packing slip. Credit cannot be issued without a current account number.

Credit will not be issued for merchandise returned in un saleable condition, not in original packaging or beyond the return deadlines. Defective merchandise, returned after the deadlines, will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
