GE is distributing approximately 1,300 items previously purchased from GE on this Contract through Fisher and VWR.  These are available for purchase from MDS and will be sold to UW Madison end users at a discount and without shipping charges.  Users should check availability and pricing with MDS prior to ordering from GE.  Any GE items available through MDS and purchased from GE will be billed at list price plus the above listed shipping charges.
 
GE items not migrated to Fisher and VWR are still available from GE at a discounted rate.  Discounts range between 4% and 40%.  The above shipping charges will apply to all orders placed with GE.  Check with agent at (608)262-6335 for contract pricing and a list of items that can be purchased through MDS.

Return Policy:

Damaged product, duplicated or incorrectly shipped orders must be reported to DOT Scientific within 24 hours of receipt.  All returns will be coordinated through the individual member purchasing or materials distribution office.  Customer is required to contact DOT’s office, explain reason for return of product, request and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return.  When at fault of the supplier, a call tag for product will be issued or emailed to customer and when applicable credit will be issued.  When at fault of customer and upon authorization it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping and restocking fees.  Credit will be issued when applicable.
