SCOPE: The oral fluid specimen collection devices (Item 1) will be used in the collection of oral fluid specimens by properly trained individuals for the purpose of testing for the presence of antibodies to Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1). The oral fluid collection devices are for diagnostic purposes and will not be used to screen blood donors.
The Oral Rapid HIV-1 Antibody Test Kits and Controls (Items 2, 3 & 4) will be shipped to WSLH as well as various locations throughout the state of Wisconsin. |
