NEURON SPECIFICATIONS

1.

The neurons must be able to be used for toxin detection as published previously.

2.

The neurons must express all SNARE protein as published previously.

3.

The neurons must be derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells.

4.

Cells must include lot numbers.

5.

The neurons must be able to be used for the screening of small molecule inhibitors and antibodies.

6.

The neurons must represent non-diseased human neurons with no unusual abnormalities.
