Contractor must provide these testing services under cGMP or GLP conditions/guidelines.
2.

Project report reviews, raw sequencing data, a signed GLP Statement, and a signed Quality Assurance Statement are requested upon delivery of product.

3.

Turn-around time for services must be 4-6 weeks or sooner after initiation of study.
