TELEPHONE NURSE TRIAGE SERVICES FOR UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES

SCOPE: Contract for  telephone based nurse triage services for University Health Services (UHS) during hours UHS is not open.

After hour telephones calls from patients will roll-over to the chosen Contractor. The Contractor will triage the calls according to established protocols, document and report the phone calls and transmit updated medical information to the appropriate clinic by the next morning – either via fax or electronically.
