  • All Tents must be:
    • very clean,
    • white or red and white in color,
    • free of rips and/or tears,
    • plain sidewalls are required unless specified otherwise
  • All tents will be erected on concrete or asphalt and will require appropriately weighted ballast
  • Tents must be set by noon the working day preceding a home football game and removed by the end of business of the first working day following a home football game

These tents will be used for catered events and must be in like new condition.  

Acceptable tent colors include white, and/or red and white. 
These tents will require complete sidewalls.  Every other sidewall should have cathedral windows.
* Assumes remaining tether points can be staked

Tents may be set up one business day in advance of the event and must be removed by 1:00 PM on the first business day following the event.

NOTE: for Lot 3, if a tent is being rented also, there is no delivery charge.
