SCOPE: Contract for a learning management system (LMS) for Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System. A solution to meet the online learning needs and administrative needs of the Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System (WCWPDS) to manage the projected 4000 users. The functional needs include: the creation and delivery of instructional content, courses and programs, and, automating associated processes such as course registration, payment and invoicing, online participant transcripts, user authentication, document management, and assessment.
