Return Policy:

TREK shall not allow returns of any of the following: (1) any products not purchased from TREK, (2) any special or unique goods and any products purchased on a custom or special order basis; (3) any chemicals, diagnostic materials, sterile products, or consumable items (unless defective and covered under manufacturer's warranty); (4) equipment or single-use products already used, already outside of original packaging, or separated from original labeling and operating manuals; (5) any products with damaged, missing, or defaced labeling or packaging; (6) any products within eight (8) months of the expiration date as noted on the package(s); and (7) any products not returned by you and received by TREK within 45 days of the date of TREK's invoice. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20 percent (20%) of the original invoiced price. Customer is responsible for all freight and insurance in returning any products to TREK. Moreover, you agree to comply with all special packaging and labeling requirements of TREK consistent with applicable law and regulations.
