KRUEGER INTERNATIONAL (KI) FURNITURE

| SCOPE: This contract is designed to offer users a source (Krueger International) from which they can purchase Krueger International (KI) furniture and furniture related accessories. For those items available under the Department of Administration (DOA) furniture contract, customers must purchase them from the DOA contract awarded vendor(s).
The University of Wisconsin Madison and other State of Wisconsin Agencies and Campuses have purchased large amounts of Krueger International (KI) furniture over the past 15 years. There are existing installations of KI products in many locations on the UW Madison campus which require routine upgrades, additions to and relocation and reconfiguration.
The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract for the purchase of KI furniture items to match or replace existing KI furniture only in the event that Badger State Industries (BSI) cannot provide KI product. Specific categories would include Open Plan Systems (Systems Furniture) and Private Office Furniture (Desking Systems). |
