JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR UW-HEALTH FOX VALLEY FAMILY PRACTICE CLINIC

SCOPE: Janitorial services shall be performed between the hours of 7:00 p.m. each evening to 7:00 a.m. the following morning, Monday through Friday; 5:00 p.m. Friday evening to 7:00a.m. Saturday; and 12 noon Saturday to 7:00 a.m. the following Monday.  Contractor is not required to perform services on the following celebrated holidays:  Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
