SCOPE: This system manages approximately 150,000 incidents annually with daily peaks of 2,000 tickets possible.  Customers call, email, or use a web form to report problems to the DoIT Help Desk.  DoIT technical staff can create incident tickets, as well. 

Due to the emphasis on service level agreements, DoIT management relies on detailed reporting for:  key performance indicators, service level achievement, trend analysis, staff performance analysis and real-time operational alerts.
