Standing Shipping Schedule: SPECIFICATIONS FOR NON-HUMAN PRIMATE, INTERFERON-GAMMA ELISPOT KITS
General Requirement: 1. Assays must be specific for Rhesus Macaque Interferon gamma. 2. Detection method must use streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase/BCIP substrate detection. 3. Assays must take no longer than 48 hours for completion. 4. Kits must use monoclonal antibodies: IFNγ clone GZ-4 and 7-B6-1 or equal. 5. The kits must include plates that are pre-coated with IFNγ. 6. Kits must have a minimum of 9 months expiration date from date of shipment. 7. Vendor must ship kits on or before predetermined schedule list. |
