SPECIFICATIONS

 

UW Performance Requirements may not be revised without an official written amendment issued by Purchasing.

1         The Bidder’s response must clearly identify the Office 365 Licenses Plan or Item number as requested on the Itemized Bid List. 

2         The Bidder’s response must clearly indicate the number of Microsoft Licensing Specialist employed by their company.

3         The Bidder must have a consistent method for sharing licensing information with their customers.  This information must include webinars and newsletters at a minimum.

4         The Bidder must be willing to process orders for the Microsoft Office 365 Licenses.

5         The Bidder must be able to answer questions related to the order processing for new products and Users.
