SCOPE: Contract for the purchase of  removal and re-installation of all patrol equipment from Crown Vics, and  GMC Yukons to seven Interceptors within four months of contract award.  As part of this contract, the University will also need to purchase equipment from the following product lines:  Adec, Setina, Motorola Radio’s, L3 Mobile Vision and Gamber-Johnson to maintain existing patrol vehicles.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Contractor must be able to remove patrol equipment and re-install all patrol equipment from Crown Vics, and GMC Yukons to seven Interceptors within four months of contract award.
  • Contractor must be able to acquire, install and repair Aedec, Setina, Motorola Radios, L3 Mobile Vision, and Gamber- Johnson products.
  • Contractor must be able to warranty all installation and repair work for one year from date of service.
  • Contractor must be able to install and repair Law Enforcement equipment according to IACP and NHTSA Standards.
  • Contractor must be able to install and repair all law enforcement equipment within the given vehicle without voiding the vehicle or equipment warranty.
