Pre-Posting Allocation Tool (PAT)
PAT Reallocation and Posting Deadlines
Splitting and/or reallocating funding through the Pre-Posting Allocation Tool (PAT) is available until NOON on the third business day of the following month. At noon on the third business day of each month, the billing file for prior month invoices is locked and submitted for billing.
