Due to the 4th of July Holiday, there will be no Prime Vendor or MDS core stock deliveries this Friday, July 3rd.  Deliveries of Prime Vendor and MDS core stock orders placed on Thursday, July 2nd will be delivered on Monday, July 6th.

End of FY 09 MDS Purchasing
Cut-Off Dates Approaching

Orders to be billed via the MDS E-commerce system in FY09 must be purchased no later than Friday, June 19th to ensure they are billed in FY09. 

Orders placed between June 22-26 may or may not be billed to FY09 depending on vendor invoicing process. 

All returns must be picked-up & delivered to vendor by June 19th to ensure posting in FY09.

Split Funding Available in FY10! 

MDS is excited to announce that on July 6, 2009 customers will have the ability to reallocate and split funding on purchases made through the MDS e-commerce system before transactions are posted to SFS.  This reallocation tool is similar to that of the procurement card software. 

With the implementation of PAT (Pre-Posting Allocation Tool), a change in the way you see your MDS purchases in WISDM will also be affected.  You no longer will have a summary of the entire month’s purchases, but will have invoice summary information.

MDS will offer multiple PAT training sessions/ demos beginning mid-June.  Learn how to use the Pre-posting Allocation Tool to reallocate and split funding on your MDS e-commerce purchases along with the potential benefits to using the system.  To register, please visit
