How to Return Purchases to MDS and Prime Vendors

Return policy for all Vendors
- No restocking Fees.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging in saleable condition, accompanied by a copy of the packing slip.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.
- Custom and Special orders are NOT REFUNDABLE. (This includes Scientific frozen/refrigerated items.)
MDS Core Stock
Requesting a return:
Contact MDS Customer Service at mdscsr@bussvc.wisc.edu or call 608-497-4400 (press 1 when prompted).
Returning the item:
Madison Customers:
- Copy the packing slip and label it clearly “MDS Return.” Tape it to your box and place it in the area where your MDS driver drops off goods.
- Contact MDS Customer Service to inform them of the return. Provide your address.
Customers outside Madison:
