Vendors on the Ineligible Vendor Directory have failed to submit a valid affirmative action plan to the State of Wisconsin.

This directory is updated weekly and should be consulted when considering using a certain vendor to fulfill a purchase.

Every vendor who receives a purchase order over $25,000.00 must comply with Wisconsin's Contract Compliance Law.
