How To Obtain My Earnings Statements

1. Earnings statements for student hourly employees are not printed but are only provided over the web through MY UW Madison as described below.
   
2. Earnings statements for all UW Madison employees may be accessed over the web via the MY UW Madison Portal. Instructions for obtaining a net ID to access MY UW are found on that web page.
   
3. Employees unable to access their earnings statements over the web should contact the DoIT Help Desk at 264-4357.
   
4. In the near future an option will be available for those receiving paper earnings statements to turn those statements off and use the web to access their statements instead.
