Earnings statements for faculty, academic staff, and other unclassified employees and classified and LTE staff are printed and mailed by campus mail to the campus address you listed on your Employee Information Form or to your department Payroll and Benefit Coordinator if you do not have a campus address on file.
Earnings statements for student hourly employees are not printed but are only provided over the web through MY UW Madison as described below.
Earnings statements for all UW Madison employees may be accessed over the web via the MY UW Madison Portal. Instructions for obtaining a net ID to access MY UW are found on that web page.
Employees unable to access their earnings statements over the web should contact the DoIT Help Desk at 264-4357.
In the near future an option will be available for those receiving paper earnings statements to turn those statements off and use the web to access their statements instead.
