This team handles the processing of benefit enrollment applications, changing benefit enrollment records, preparation of monthly insurance reports, sick leave certifications, etc. Enrollment processing includes health insurance, life insurance, Employee Reimbursement Accounts, Income Continuation, Tax Sheltered Annuities, Wisconsin Deferred Compensation, etc.

This team handles inquiries from employees, departments, and divisions at UW-Madison on any employee benefit offered to employees (e.g. insurance, ERA, income continuation, etc.). In addition, this team provides one-on-one counseling services, educational sessions and adjudicates and manages Workers Compensation claims.
