You have the right to appeal this reallocation by sending a letter to: Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission, 18 South Thornton Avenue, Madison, WI 53703. Your appeal letter must contain your name, address, work and home phone numbers, a copy of this notice, a statement explaining why you believe the classification decision is incorrect and the remedy you seek. WERC must receive your letter within 30 days of the date you received this notice. Direct questions you may have about appeal procedures, including any applicable filing fees, to the WERC.
