Students Withdrawing or Failing to Enroll

If a student fails to enroll or withdraws after the scholarship is posted in ISIS, then:

  1. Our refund process will place a refund hold on the ISIS Student Account.

  2. The scholarship payment will be reversed from ISIS Student Account.

  3. The department will be notified.

  4. The amount of the scholarship will be transferred back to the fund associated with the item type on the ISIS Student Account.

  5. The department will see the transfer as a credit transaction to (the generic funding string) in WISDM.

  6. The department must reconcile the returned scholarships against their specified accounts.

  7. If necessary, the department must request a debit on the generic fund coding and a credit transfer on the specific fund coding to offset the credit balance on the generic funding string.
