Financial Aid, Scholarship and Loan Recipients
How will I receive my financial aid, scholarship and/or loan?
- Most types of financial aid, scholarships and loans are received electronically and applied directly onto the Student Tuition Account
- If the Bursar's Office receives scholarship and/or loan checks in the form of a paper check, and the check is payable to the student or jointly to the student and UW-Madison, the student will be contacted via email to endorse the check and the funds will then be applied to the Student Tuition Account
I have a scholarship check, what should I do with it?
- The check needs to be received at the Bursar's Office to be applied to the Student Tuition Account
- The Bursar's Office is located at 333 East Campus Mall #10501. The hours are weekdays 7:45 - 4:30.
- The mailing address is Bursar's Office, 333 East Campus Mall #10501, Madison, WI 53715-1383.
