Late Payment Fee Policy
How do I avoid a Tuition account late payment fee?
If mailing payment –
- Allow enough mailing time. Payment must be received in the Bursar's Office, (not postmarked) by the due date indicated on the bill.
- Include the top section of the Tuition Account Statement with a check payment.
- Find the address where to mail your type of payment on the last page of the eBill or on Bursar's website @ http://www.bussvc.wisc.edu/bursar/tuitaddr.html which provides information for all payment options.
If setting up tuition payment to come from a bill-paying service –
- Follow instructions @ www.bussvc.wisc.edu/bursar/paysrvr.html
If setting up tuition payment to come from a 529 College Savings Plan account –
- Follow instructions @ www.bussvc.wisc.edu/bursar/qrypay.html
If making an ePayment –
An ePayment applies to the tuition account real-time, and there is no ePayment fee.
- Pay using only a regular checking or savings account.
- Verify the bank routing and account numbers are correct before submitting payment.
How does a student and their Authorized Payer login to make an ePayment?

Students can verify their tuition and fee amount due and the due date on their MY UW>Student Center>Tuition Account Summary.
