Due Dates - Segregated Fees Due

Fall term Segregated Fee payment due date:

  • The fall tuition and fee due date is automatically deferred to the date of the first paycheck on or around October 1.
    • No student action is necessary.
  • Segregated Fee charges must be paid in full by October 1 in order to avoid a late payment fee.
    • If the fall Tuition and Fee Student Account bill indicates a due date earlier than October 1, disregard the bill due date and pay by the first pay date on or around October 1.

    • If your fee waiver/remission does not appear on your Tuition and Fee Student Account bill, contact your department and advise them to notify the Bursar's Student Account Office of your fee waiver eligibility. For questions to the Bursar's Office, call (608) 262-3611, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

    • If the Bursar's office receives a fee waiver eligibility notice after the Tuition and Fee Student Account bill is generated, a revised bill is NOT sent prior to the due date. Students are responsible for paying segregated fees by the first paycheck date and due date on or around October 1 in order to avoid a late payment fee.
