Internet Explorer Compatibility Problem


The latest version of the Internet Explorer browser, IE 10, is not compatible with the software that our vendor uses to process ePayments. If you have IE10 installed on your computer, you should use another browser, if one is available to you. Otherwise, you can try to adjust the IE 10 browser's compatibility mode, as follows:

  1. Go to the IE 10 'Command Bar,' and click on 'Tools'. Then click on 'Compatibility View Settings'.
  2. When the 'Compatibility View Settings' pops up, you may add sites that you want rendered as IE9 for Compatibility View.
  3. Type in cashnet.com and click 'Add'.
  4. Click 'Close'. All cashnet.com pages should be rendered as IE9.
