Tuition ePayment Information


Students and their Authorized Payers can log into the Tuition eBill/ePayment Site and pay tuition using one of the following ePayment options.

Electronic Check

  • Enter only account and routing numbers for a U.S. bank personal checking or savings account.
  • Do not enter a debit or credit card for an Electronic Check payment.
  • There is no charge.
  • Payment applies immediately.

Credit Card

  • Only accepted on-line.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (along with JCB) is accepted.
  • There is a 2.75% credit card service charge.
  • A debit card can be entered if it can be used as a credit transaction.
  • Payment applies immediately

Foreign Currency

  • Is a “Pending” payment until all steps are completed and the funds are transferred to UW-Madison.
