External Invoices

Many UW-Madison departments provide services and goods to non-university external sources, for which they are invoiced.

Accounting Services receives and processes invoice payments from the external sources for many on-campus departments. Please refer to their Policies and Procedures page for information about maintaining an Accounts Receivable system.
