Your Dean/Director's offices may have separate policies and procedures that extend beyond what is listed here. Our web-training site does not infringe upon policies and procedures that may be unique to your Department. We strongly encourage you to consult with your Dean/Director's office on their travel reimbursement or other business practice requirements. Likewise, as UW Madison's policies differ somewhat from UW System's, we strongly encourage you to use our UW Madison Travel Web for all policy and procedure references.

To provide convenient, high-quality travel training to faculty, staff and students by effectively communicating University travel policies and procedures, providing assistance with cost-efficient pre-trip and post-trip services, actively reducing paperwork and overall University travel costs.
