Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's):

In the course of our fact-finding and training efforts, we have noticed that many of the same questions are asked. If you are confused or curious about what the Shared Financial System is, how it works, how it relates to the 3270 accounting system, and how you are going to integrate it into your working life, a good place to start is right here, on the SFS FAQ page.

SFS Glossary:

It's hard enough to understand what is involved in the implementation of the Shared Financial System without getting bogged down in the usage of terms. Too often we see someone's eyes glaze over at the mention of 'the Legacy System' or 'the Data Warehouse.' To help you keep all these terms straight, we have developed a glossary of some basic terms used in the SFS implementation. Now you're speaking our language!
