Site Manager Editing Calendar

The Purchasing Card Program is set up on a two week cycle beginning on Sunday and ending two Fridays later.

Each day, US Bank posts a file containing the previous day’s transactions in Access Online (AXOL), the web-based transaction management tool used at the UW. All site managers have access to the system, allowing them to monitor their cardholder activity and enter accounting code changes as necessary.

Each cardholder is responsible for turning in their statement with attached source documentation to the site manager on the Monday following the cycle end date. All site managers must enter their accounting code changes by 5 p.m. on Friday of that same week. The edit deadlines are circled Fridays on the Site Manager Editing Schedule.
