Meals/Receptions for the General Public
Use of the purchasing card for the payment of meals/receptions for the general public is only acceptable if a fee is collected from participants to cover costs and the majority of the attendees are not UW employees.
EVENT LOCATION
Utilization of campus facilities is strongly encouraged.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
The cardholder must attach a proof of payment, the event brochure/registration form/agenda and the Events – Meals/Receptions for the General Public Form.
