Project Team Members

  • To represent their organizational unit by bringing forth their concerns while also taking a campus-wide perspective for the good of the whole
  • Serve as functional experts and share knowledge
  • Attend and participate in all team meetings & discussions
  • Learn from other functional experts on the team to gain an understanding of policies, processes, delegation and post audit
  • Gather and share relevant data for the project
  • Apply functional expertise and judgement in the development of the project deliverables
  • Participate in the development of project deliverables
  • Seek feedback on recommendations made by the Audit Standards Committee
  • To identify policies, procedures, and interpretations which have created problems and recommend solutions
  • To perform and complete assigned tasks according to the timeline
  • To maintain an issue log to prioritize issues, give a status, and assign to related functional team members for investigation and resolution
